Kaitlin Urso is an environmental consultant with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment that specializes in helping small businesses, specifically breweries and cannabis businesses, reduce their environmental impacts. Recently, Kaitlin was the lead author and engagement manager for the NCIA’s new Cannabis Environmental Report and project managed the CO2 capture and reuse pilot project between a brewery and a cannabis cultivation. Kaitlin’s work has been featured in Wall Street Journal, Forbes, CNN, NPR, Science Magazine, and countless industry publications. She has 10 years of technical environmental experience, a mechanical engineering degree.
