Working under very tight deadlines, the team completed MEP plans for 4 different modular models for Steelblox! They are a Black owned company doing Amazing work in the modular construction space for residential and commercial buildings! Led by Al Harris and Peter DeMaria, they continue to push the limits with what can be done, including the size and scale of the projects.
