Steiner Street Apartments
The scope of work encompassed full mechanical/HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering Design. The project is a nine-unit apartment building. The building was in poor shape when it was acquired and it needed a substantial amount of work including a new foundation,upgraded seismic work, and more. Winston Engineering, Inc. was added to the team to provide complete Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing engineering services to Steiner Street Apartments located in San Francisco, CA.
